Please fill out the form. You may use the pay buttons OR you can mail a check payable to Whidbey Island Arts Council postmarked no later than 1/25/26 to: WWA/Alicia Elliott, 2757 Sun Vista Cir. Clinton, WA 98236 After we receive your payment, you will be sent a secure link to upload your artist folder to our Google Drive folder. (PLEASE ALLOW 24-48 hours to receive your link) Folder submission must be completed by February 1st, 2026
