My primary reason for making is to find peace in the making process itself, and extend that feeling of calm to everyone who uses my pottery. My work is simple and modern in design, and influenced by Scandinavian minimalism and the view of the horizon over the waters surrounding Whidbey Island. Everything is made on the pottery wheel and decorated by hand.
