About Images
Five images will be requested.
All 5 images should be JPG or JPEG format.

For the print Tour Brochure, plan to upload two professional quality images of at least 6 MB.
For our internet marketing effort via the tour website, social media, etc., prepare and upload an additional 3 images of at least 2 MB each.
Images should be high quality representations of your artwork AND representative of what you will be displaying in the tour. Visitors may come looking for what they have seen in the brochure or on the website.

OR you may also

Send your original images via email to knightrarndt@gmail.com, as long as you don't exceed the total attachment size limit set by your email server (such as Whidbey Tel, Comcast, etc). This limit is usually 25MB per email. If you can't send all of your images at once, send one per email.

Business License
If you do not have a WA State Business License (UBI number)  you can apply for one here https://bls.dor.wa.gov/file.aspx, or search “apply for WA State Business License”.

About Artist Statements
Trouble writing an artist statement.? Here’s a resource. http://www.artbusiness.com/artstate.html
Use your artist statement to connect with potential visitors. What’s going to make people want to see your art? In 35 words or less make visitors want to come to YOUR studio. Please have someone else read your statement before you submit it!

Consideration will also be given to participants who have a strong record of volunteering their time with the tour.

The application fee is $15, if accepted, the registration fee is $220, so a total fee of $235. This covers marketing and a limited amount of professional services.

We will have an organizational meeting and potluck in June, details TBD. This meeting is very important! If you can’t come be prepared to send someone on your behalf.

Our ‘copy and paste’ on-line registration form works best if you have a high speed internet connection. We suggest you resize your images, write and do a word count of your artist statement, write your driving directions, scan your business license and otherwise be completely ready to register when registration opens.  Have all your information ready to copy and paste into your form when you log on. This will help you avoid website ‘time outs’ due to long delays in registration completion. If you have problems uploading material or filling in the form an email address and link will be provided on the same page.

Registration opens January 17th 2023. Registration closes Valentine's Day or prior to if spaces are filled.
