I understand that Whidbey Working Artists (WWA) will not be responsible for loss or damage to artwork displayed during the Open Studio Tours. It is hereby agreed and understood that the exhibitor will carry any necessary damage or liability insurance necessary. I hereby agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the WWA, its members, affiliates, steering committee, Whidbey Island Arts Council and agents from and against all liability against any of the foregoing to the extent the same arise out of or in connection with the conduct of the Open Studio Tour. I hereby state that all art work displayed during the tours is original. I authorize WWA to use my images for publicity purposes. I accept the terms of this application and agree to abide by the rules and requirements of Whidbey Working Artists. Please initial below to signify you have read and understand the liability. *
